Mr. Shannon is a Government Contracts and Proposal Subject Matter Expert with over 30 years experience in government contracts including proposals, project Management, Negotiation, and contract management.
Mr. Shannon is a National Contract Management Association (NCMA) Lifetime CFCM and Lifetime CPCM as well as a NCMA Fellow and Outstanding Fellow. He holds various other certifications such as Project Management Professional (PMP), and Designated Master Logistician (DML).
He is a nearly 20-year member of the National Contract Management Association (NCMA), as well as the Project Management Institute (PMI), the American Association of Cost Engineers (AACEI) International, the National Defense Industry Association (NDAA), and the Professional Aerospace Contractors Association (PACA) of New Mexico.
Mr Shannon has written and presented extensively on contract management, proposals, and project management with articles appearing in the NCMA CM Magazine, the Journal of Contract Management, and Pricing magazine. He is also a contributor to the Contract Management Book of Knowledge and Routledge Handbook of Risk Management and the Law.
Mr. Shannon maintains a consulting partner status with Executive Business Systems - PropPricer and a similar relationship with Integer Institute - publishers of Risky Project software.
